Unity.dll

Why does a jetbrains interrogate of an old c# unity.dll class content completely have different classes than the source of unity that comes down with the download?

How are they different?  Is there any obfuscation applied to the DLL?

Figured this out myself, when using dotPeek, you don't see folders, so when you look at source code, you have to go into folders.  In dotPeek, it looks like everthing is at the same heirarchy level.
