how do you manage your network operation team ? I am working as network operation manager and now asking me  to manage the people(HR) . how can I answer to that question

it really depends on the business model, size and even network type (e.g. ISP, enterprise or L1/L2 support) of your team. better be specific in term of general team building, network operation mode, staff types (e.g. contract or permanent or outsource), network type and distribution etc.
