sbs2011 - User can send but not receive email -

1. I ran the exchange mail flow troubleshooter and got these errors:  see pics

2. I also found this error in event logs:  

The WinRM service failed to create the following SPNs: WSMAN/SBSERVER.beallaw.local; WSMAN/SBSERVER.

 Additional Data
 The error received was 8344: %%8344.

3. I ran the MS connectivity test: Failed - here are the results: see pic

The WinRM error has nothing to do with the issue of a user not receiving email.  (But look at this to see if it will resolve it:  http:Q_28025516.html)

As for your user not receiving email -- make sure their email address is correct in the mailbox properties.  Because the connectivity test showing a 5.1.1 User Unknown would indicate there is no email address configured which matches the one you used to do the test.
