Run Terminal Server Remote Application File On Android Smart Phone

I use a Terminal Services remote application file on my laptop to access a Microsoft access mde file on the terminal server, is there any app that will allow me to do this from my android smart phone?

You need an RDS client.  There are many to chose from.  I use 2CX but MS also released a client.  Install, configure, connect.

I am not looking to run remote desktop what i was wanting to do is run a remote application file that opens up only one program rather than a complete remote desktop session. I wasnt sure if such an app exists

That wasn't clear to me from your comment.  You're looking for an app that can run a SINGLE application as the shell, essentially.  Have you looked at the settings on 2CX and the MS app?
