Configure Exchange 2010 DAG Network

we have Exchange 2010 with 2 members of the DAG. Both members(Nodes) are Virtual machines(Vmware).

I would like to know where in vmware or on Exchange I need to specify  the Network that will be used for Replication and the network that will be used for Mapi traffic ?

Thank you

You can add extra NIC card to exchange VM from VMWARE VSphere Client.
And newly added NIC card, you can use for 'REPLICATION'.
And existing one, you can use for 'MAPI Traffic'.

You can set network preference also (Ref NetworkPref.jpg).
YOu may need press 'ALT' button to get 'Advanced setting'

For Network preferences, do I need to move MAPI interface to the top and check all checkboxes under file and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks as well as Client for Microsoft Networks ?

Apology for uploading wrong screenshot.
'Replication' should have higher priority than MAPI.

Dont get confused by rest of fields in screenshot. Whole purpose is Replication should have top priority than 'MAPI' network.

For quick but precise info, pls check

Search on these page by NIC. You should get all doubts clear.
