I have an iframe whose src takes a "http" url. The Iframe itself is loaded over https. When i try this, i get an error saying the src should also be loaded over https. But i need to display only http url inside the iframe. Can somebody please suggest on how I could make this work?

Most browsers will either give visitors a warning or block the non-secure content altogether.    The only way around this is to make ALL content securely available via SSL / https:// or to make all content available via http://.

One way to do this would be to setup a server-side proxy that could be used to relay insecure data and transmit it securely.
