change administrator password server 2003 standard

Handed a 2003 server standard with no information other than the admin account is unknown. I've downloaded http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ which I've had great success with in the past however this time no luck.

Any other software known to unlock a server 2003 standard server?

KON-BOOT should work: http://www.piotrbania.com/all/kon-boot/

Instead of changing the password, it bypasses authentication. This allows you to create another administrator user, login with it and then reset the other administrator's password.
That util (and a few others) will reset the admin password in 2003 server.
It works - I've used it a few times.

Are you sure you are trying to log in as the local admin on that machine and not a domain ?

http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ will only work for a local account
It's likely that you're trying to change an AD password
You'll need SRVANY, INSTSRV and physical access to the server
