RDweb without RDP?

If a user tries to connect to a host computer using RDweb AND the user's remote computer does NOT have Remote Desktop installed on it (i.e. from a cruise ship's public computer)... will that remote user be able to connect to that host remotely?

It would seem to me that he/she would not since it seems that RDweb remote desktop connections are a "client/server" type of configuration... and the remote computer needs to have RDP installed on it... yes?

you are right.
You need an installed RDP-client.
