I am trying to find a solution for my virtual team (3) to collaborate. I am using join.me and the phone quality is horrible. I don't think Skype allows 4 of us to share desktop and conference call. Is there any solution out there that does not cost too much? Free is good. Thanks

You could try Google Hangouts (free!):
http://www.google.com/hangouts/

I've used it only for two people, but it supports up to 10 participants. With two people, performance has always been excellent. It supports audio, video (webcam), and even remote desktop control (that's a new feature they added less than a year ago). I don't know how well it will work for your 3-person team, but it's free and easy to try. Regards, Joe

You're welcome. I was surprised at how well it worked the first time I used it (for a collaboration with video webcams and screen sharing, including remote desktop control), but that was just two participants. I'm curious to know what the performance is like with three folks on it. Looking forward to hearing your results. Regards, Joe

I works perfectly. Good performance. They say it is only good for 5 people and under.

I'm glad to hear the performance was good for three folks (and maybe as many as five). Thanks for letting me know. Regards, Joe
