I installed exchange 2013 RTM edition.  How do I upgrade it to the latest Cu?

I found this website, but it has multiple files.  Is there just one file I can use to update to the newest version?

scroll to the bottom of the list
there are direct links to the CU3 download and post-CU3 update (2880833)
only need the latest; microsoft updates are cumulative
