Trying to pass a report link through to an email

I have a report that has two parameters: Client_Code and Client_EngCode.
I imported an image and made it's action a link to open an email with the send to, cc to, subject and body text.  It's all working great except that they want to have a link back to the report so when my boss asks someone a question about a budget it brings up that report for that project for the project manager.  It keeps producing a line of text that is half a link and half not a link and I can't figure out how to get it to pass properly.

If anyone can help figure out how to get it to display properly, or if there is a better method, please reply!  All help is greatly appreciated!!!!

I've printed the result out on the report and no spaces are showing up.  I've used trims and added a replace to the entire link but it's not working.  I'm thinking it might have to do with the & because that is where it seems to stop and the &body and &subject tags are where the subject is taken from the link and put into the subject line (same with body).  I need to look up how to make the html read the & as not code but as part of the &body part.  Time to google!

Nope didn't work.  I thought it might be the & since the text cuts off right before the first &.  Unless the backslash is not the character to make it take the next character as it is and not a program key.

Ancii isn't working either :(
