RMS application crashing

Hi All,

We have some major issue with the RMS application:

We are having memory leak problems (see attached picture) and it is causing SOPOSUSER.exe to freeze or crash with no Windows Event failures in the logs.  The only time anything shows up is when we force quit.

I have closed this question long time ago after I got my answer in the other threat but for some teasing it's never been close.

This issue has been resolved and I don't know how to close it as I was trying any option to do soo.
