This will give you a report of all site collections
stsadm -o enumsites -url http://url

<Sites Count="1">
  <Site
    Url="http://url"
    Owner="A\user"
    SecondaryOwner="A\user2"
    ContentDatabase="WSS_Content_DB"
    StorageUsedMB="13756"
    StorageWarningMB="0"
    StorageMaxMB="0" />
</Sites>

If you want to get fancy and use PowerShell, this will give you a nice HTML report.
Get-SPSite | select url, @{label"Size in MB";Expression={$_.usage.storage/1MB}} | Sort-Object -Descending -Property "Size in MB" | ConvertTo-Html -title "Site Collections sort by size" | Set-Content sc.html

Here's a sample output.
Url      Size in MB
