I'm looking for a document management/collallaboratio
n tool preferably online/cloud-based that offer the following features (in order of importance):
Simple intuitive interface
Real-time document editing, better if it allows multiple people to edit at the same time
Ability to comment on each document + social networking feature
Download/synch offline copy
Video conferencing built-in (Up to 10 users)
I have looked at Samepage.io but its missing some of the requirements.. a product similar to this would be ideal. The end-users will be external on various platforms which I have no control over so will need windows and mac support as a minimum, ios and android support would be great.
We are primarily working in MS word, excel and PDF documents.
