I'm looking for a document management/collallaboratio<wbr />n tool preferably online/cloud-based that offer the following features (in order of importance):<br />

I have looked at Samepage.io but its missing some of the requirements.. a product similar to this would be ideal. The end-users will be external on various platforms which I have no control over so will need windows and mac support as a minimum, ios and android support would be great.<br />
