Powershell scripts requires to change Printer Queue settings

Hi All,

Need a help ..
We have around 500 print queues wch requires a change.
like "Print on both sides settings needs to be set as Duplex  and also wants to change the in Printing shortcuts ,change the 1 page per sheet settings.


Can someone help me to change these settings using powershell...coz as i said earlier we got 500 print Queues needs to be changed over night..

I need a powershell script,so that i can change them..
