set chunking to false exchange 2007

I need the steps to perform to get the name of the receive connector and to set the chunking to false.
I am having trouble receiving large emails ( 30 mb) It appears to time out. I have set the message size to 50 MB

Get-ReceiveConnector -Server <server name>

Set-ReceiveConnector -Identity <connector name> -Chunking $False

Please look at the attached Doc and tell me what I am doing wrong. I believe the connector name is Default but I am not sure.

there is a space in the name; put it in quotes

-Identity "Default RKLSERVER"

oh yes...disable binary mime first then chunking

Set-ReceiveConnector -Identity "Default RKLSERVER" -BinaryMimeEnabled $False
