Mitel SX-200 ICP Unable to load form 50 or 51

I cannot get into form 50 or 51 on our Mitel SX-200 ICP,  I receive the following error:
General failure to complete operation.  Voicemail Error code: 9

We installed the latest software revision on this switch last night and the problem persists.  I do have a support company for this system, but they aren't having a lot of luck fixing this one.
