Conference Bridge Calls with Lync

Hello,

I now have an Office 365 account with Lync. I heard you can use Lync for conference calls and I am trying to figure out how to do that. Sometimes, I have conference calls with people around the world. Currently, I use Go To Meeting because it allows everyone to call a conference bridge number and passcode. Go To Meeting is great and that works fine. But, now that I am trying Lync, I am hoping for the same solution with Lync.

Is there a way to use Lync with a Conference Bridge so that people can call a centralized number for the conference like Go To Meeting does for a flat price? Or, is Lync not setup for that? I researched Skype with Lync and it sounds like they do not have a conference bridge feature.

I am hoping for a conference bridge solution that people on VOIP or land lines can call, and if needed then use remote desktop sharing using Skype.

Thanks
