Did you upgrade the MAPI CDO client on the BES? To do that you need to stop and disable all of the BES services. Remove the old MAPI CDO client, reboot the machine, install the new one and then change the BES Services back to automatic and reboot again. <br />

Server 2008R2 3 Hper-V VM's DC\Exchge\BES BES has been running ok for 3 years. Users were receiving intermittently so upgraded to v5.0.4 and have since upgraded to EXGE SP3. No mail going to devices. IEMSTest successful bbsrptest successful Gone through all the various KB related to the errors can't what is wrong and my tearing my hair out. Also getting <br />
