I have a customer who are using Microsoft Exchange/ outlook for their mailing system
They want to implement HP service manament tool for Incident, change and Problem management.
They are looking for a system where use will writing an email ( in some format or in tool) which will automatically create an incident / change request/ problem request in HP service management.
I guess some kindo Tool integration is required.
Can you any one let me know whether this integratioin is possible or not? If yes, can anyone please provide a documentation link.
