Migration of Groupwise DBs to Exchange

as we are cleaning up old 2000 servers,there are tons of Groupwise DBs which are still located there. we have to migrate them,because of company retention policy.

how can we migrate all those DBs to exchange in amost efficient and painless way?

Whenever we migrate Groupwise to Exchange we always use MigrationWiz. It does everything for you. It should save you a lot of pain.

I has to be at least GroupWise 7 or newer though.
