Hi

I'm using the aspnet membership tables, and I cant change that, my question is the client wants a password Expiry functionality similar to:

GeneratePasswordResetToken that you have for WebMatrix.WebData

Does anyone know can I can create something like that? i.e. someone clicks on the forgotton password, an email is sent to the user with a link, however the email has a 48 hr expiry date.

thanks

On the page that user lands when they click on the, you can check the LastPasswordChangedDate of asp.net Membership. Check if it's 2 days or more, redirect them to some other page depending on what action you want to take.
