Microsoft Office Automation Question

Experts, i am working on an application that will generate some word documents and excel spreadsheets. My question is this; my development machine is using office 2010. How do i handle this when the machines the application will be installed on could have an older version or a newer version?

You work with late binding instead of early binding.
