What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I found the fault. I looked at the RDP properties to see if I could restore files from a restore point and noticed a program called Acronis which I had installed and the trial had expired. I removed it and now works fine?

Dear requester, I understood that since you removed Acronis there's no problem anymore. Is this correct?
