Antivirus was enabled. I disabled it and tried to download the file. It worked.<br />
I've now re-enabled AV and added the server ip to the exclusion list.<br />

To my knowledge, sonicwall antivirus enforcement only works on kaspersky and now Mcafee. If you are using any other antivirus solutions on client, its better to disable the sonicwalls antivirus protection<br />
