Outlook 2013 double mails in sent items

Hi Everyone

We're having a problem at a client site whereby all client mailboxes have double mails within the sent items. It seems as though the mail is sent twice to the recipient, but when checking mails are only sent once.
The server is 2012 with Exch 2K13 loaded on it.

Please assist.

Have you tried to check below options to one of the user  and give a try, if not done.

Outlook options> Mail > Save Messages > Uncheck "Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder".

Are there any rules on the client?
If not then run Outlook/Office Repair.

Likewise you can log into the OWA and select Options as well as is this a shared mailbox.

Hi Jeffery

The thing that's concerning is that all users within the organisation have duplicate mails in their sent items since the migration to Exchange 2013.
Before that, no duplication.
No rules are running on any of the clients.

Have u tried my option on anyone of the user and checked, is that working ?

Ahmed trying that shortly.... will confirm, just waiting to rdp onto user machine.....

Hi guys

I finally found the problem, my client's server was running Code2 - Email signature system.
It had a setting that caused the duplicate mails in the sent items.
