Since installing SEP 12.1, I cannot RDP, port isn't listening
Hi, I put Symantec Endpoint Protection on a PC yesterday and since then the port (changed to 3396) is not listening if I do a netstat -a.
I have added a firewall rule to allow connections in on that port and even disabled SEP altogether.
The Windows Firewall was still on, so I logged on as an administrator and stopped it and set it to manual, but I just can't get the port to listen.
The PC is running XPP3 and the PC can be pinged by IP and name on the LAN, but is not visible and cannot be reached by RDP internally either, so it's not the external firewall and everything was fine before the SEP.
