Crystal Reports Issue

We recently had an issue with a previous staff member leaving our organization, upon his departure we found he built our crystal reports server, services, cmc into his account. I was able to change the odbc connections, services, etc to run through a standard service account. The CMC and citrix environment that we run logicity through is now working normally, but locally we are experiencing running issues for both myself and one other trying to run crystal reports xi r2 to edit, run, create new reports tying to these same databases. Anyone have any advice on what to check or review?
