PHP Link Directory

Hi I want to create a jquery slider on my website.  Can you help me?  I am willing to do it myself.  I have a little programming, CSS, and HTML.  Just what I learned in school.  Can you assist me?

Why create one when there is a multitude of them already.

If its for a learning exercise there are far better things to try and tackle.

What is phpld - http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/ ???

What do you mean links...?
You have a slide and someone clicks it and is taken to another page?
You have a text link on overlaid on the slide?

Ok, the tutorial is fairly easy to follow, all you have to do is where they have

<li><a href="#"><img src="images/1.jpg" alt="img01">...

is replace the # with the link to the page and you are good to go.

So, I should put the categories on my categories on different pages and I should get the effect.  OK.  I love that.  Correct me if I am wrong.

I have a problem.  I do not know how to set the delay for the animation for a fifth slide.  Can you help me?

.mi-slider ul.mi-moveToLeft li:first-child,
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveFromRight li:first-child,
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveToRight li:nth-child(4),
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveFromLeft li:nth-child(4) {
    animation-delay: 0ms;
}

Is this how it should look?

.mi-slider ul.mi-moveToLeft li:first-child,
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveFromRight li:first-child,
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveToRight li:nth-child(4),
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveFromLeft li:nth-child(4)
.mi-slider ul.mi-moveFromLeft li:nth-child(4) {
    animation-delay: 0ms;
}
