Visual Studio 2013 and Report Viewer; can't find Field Explorer

I am suing Visual Studio 2013 with the SQL Report Viewer control.  Everything was going fine until I must have accidentally closed the Field Explorer.  Now I can't view parameters etc and don't see how to display it again.  Help!

You can open it again from the View menu > Other Windows > Document Outline
