What VB.net code would I use to  dynamically add controls to several web forms from standard module
The type of code I use per sheet is as follows:

 Table1.Rows(0).Cells(oColumn).Controls.Add(chart1)

If I understood your question correctly, you can have generic methods to which you pass the parent control and it adds a specific control type to that parent control. Then you call it from each page.
