OK so we have 300 mailboxes we will be deleting and routing mail through mail enabled contacts.  I already have the Contacts created with an External Email address to fwd to and I already have a command  set the server side rule to FWD the email once deleted from Exchange.  What I need now is a CMD within EMC that will let me add the email address I'm deleting to the contact's emails.  I found this but it doesn't seem to be doing the tick .  Any ideas:

Set-MailContact -Name "Bob Smith" -SmtpEmailAddress Bob.Smith@company.com

Thanks in Advance

Now I do not need the  Primary SMTP changed.  The Primary SMTP is the Microsoft 365 account the mail is routing to.  I want to add my companies email address just as a secondary email address to the contact.  also this cmd gives an error

Set-MailContact -Identity "bob Smith" -PrimarySMTPAddress bob.smith@companycom -
