Export Error from Lync Command Shell

Dear All,

i'm trying to use the below command to enable Lync for all my users, a lot of them enabled, but i'm getting some error for some users, the problem is, i can't read the error in powershell window since it's very big, i need to export the errors appear to a text file so i can read each error in details, i couldn't make this, i try ">C:\Lync\Error.txt" after the below command, Error.txt file created but it's empty, nothing on it, please help.

Get-CsAdUser -Filter {Enabled -ne $True} | Enable-CsUser -RegistrarPool "L-FE-01.Rhala.com" -SipAddressType EmailAddress -SipDomain Rhala.com

Simple method is to user the $error variable.. For example..
$error.clear()
Get-CsAdUser -Filter {Enabled -ne $True} | Enable-CsUser -RegistrarPool "L-FE-01.Rhala.com" -SipAddressType EmailAddress -SipDomain Rhala.com 
$error | Out-file c:\temp\test.log -Force
