I am getting below error message .. while calling jar file ...

Can you please tell where could be the issue ... JAR file ??

I am able to download from URL ..
That's a start

and that is signed too ...
I'm aware of that. I said that they might need to be RE-signed (look at the error messages)

You haven't posted the full error (particularly the top of the stack)

Also, your code seems to have been compiled without debugging information, which is going to make it hard to ... (i'll let you finish the sentence)

Make sure you can download those files manually via the browser. If you can't then the runtime won't be able to either.

Also it looks like those jars should be re-signed

I'm a "spectator" here in this Q, (so whatever the weather, please don't award me any points) . . .  but CEHJ is suggesting RE-SIGNING not adding an additional, other, signature to the jar.
