Dell MFP Printer 2155cn factory reset

Hello, I'm looking for a bit of help with our Dell MFP 2155cn printer.  Our IT Dept. has had some turnover recently and the admin password for a printer is no longer known.  Normally the device can be factory reset via the LCD menu or by using a key combo and hard booting the printer.  Any reset option available via the LCD panel does not do what we need. On other Dell printers a factory reset can be forced while holding down the menu or start button on the panel and powering up the device.  This also failed.  We found precious little when performing a Google search on the topic as well.  I suspect that a factory reset on the Dell 2155cn may require a special jumper setting on the system board or it simply isn't possible, but that is mostly conjecture.  I sure could use some help if anyone has any suggestions.  We have branches in Germany so that's where the printer was actually purchased.  When I entered the service tag on the US Dell website I was forced to navigate to Dell Germany.  My Deutsch isn't so good and that's why I'm here.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Well I'm going to have to file this one under "duh".  We tried everything on the LCD panel or key combo while rebooting.  In the end a firmware update cleared everything including network settings and the admin password.  I didn't think it would update because it was password protected but I was wrong.  If you're remote just make sure someone is local to input the network settings on the LCD panel.  Issue solved.
