problem with launching iDRAC virtual console in chrome

I am attempting to launch an Idrac7 virtual console in chrome  when I do this , it will download viewer.jnlp and It ALWAYS promps me "to open with" dialog box . I have to point it to java.exe and run it ,

a black screen briefly pops up and disappears

did you upgrade your java? I don't think it will work with the lastest java.

it looks like I got it working with java 7 update 51  ( 7.0.510) with IE

to get IE to work

1. download and install java  java 7 update 51  ( 7.0.510)

open the DRAC ....console.....options...set plug in type to "NATIVE"

native doesn't use java, and I experience issue with "Native" which keyboard function will not work.

and Dell Tech also suggested to use Java instead of Native.

this is iDRAC 7 version 1 build 1.40.10.2166

I have no issue with keyboard inputs
