How will we add csi to the metalink account..

do we create metalink account which is free with oracle..

Metalink accounts are NOT free.  You need a CSI and Support license to create them.

I thought it would have asked you.

Oh well:  Log in.

Click on your username and select 'My Account'.

Depending on your setup, you might have an administrator that has to 'authorize' you.

For me, on that page I click the 'Request Access' button.
