Is it possible to publish multiple web services (along with websites) on port 80 on an IIS server?

I have a request to publish my new web service on port 80 of an IIS server.  At this time there are no other services or web sites running on that port but I suspect there might be in the future.  I want to advise my client of the possible pitfalls of choosing port 80 if that is an issue.

Yes it is possible.
For example, if are using WCF to implement your web services, you just need to specify different base addresses as follows:
WebService 1 config file must have:
<add baseAddress="http://localhost:80/WebService1" />
WebService 2 config file must have:
<add baseAddress="http://localhost:80/WebService2" />
and so on.

No need to have multiple IP addresses, only URL must be different. At the end of day from IIS point of view  a Web site is a container for Web applications.
