Cannot send auto Out of Office replies to external! Exchange 2007

Our users cannot send OOF replies to external customers. OOF has been setup via Outlook Web Access.

Outbound mail gets routed through Exchange Defender. I spoke to them and they told me to modify the Exchange Send server name to outbound-jr.exchangedefender.com, which i did.

Please assist

Not enough to go on.
What exactly did you modify?
Do you see the OOTO message being generated and passed through Message Tracking?

I only modified the Send Connector to outbound-jr.exchangedefender.com.au and also enabled Out of Office Assistant via OWA

And no, I cannot see the OOF reply using the Message Tracker. (I can see the original email being received)

Resolved. Client had 2 Outlooks opened and one was not setup for oof.
