Vmware v5.0 and v5.1 upgrade to 5.5
I have 3x standalone hosts running locally attached storage.
I recall having issues when upgrading one of my hosts v5 to v5.1 when powering up the VM's and ended up losing network settings (cant remember the 2x options is had when i powered up the VMs now).
I see 5.5 is available.
I also see there are patches.
Should i just apply 5.5 and leave the ptches off?

The HP dl380 g7s with 64g each seem to be on the HCL.
Esxi installed on SD cards.
