CRM 2013 Mail Merge

Greetings,

In CRM 2011, we could go to a record and select mail merge. Can you please indicate where we can do this now in CRM 2013.

Also, the button is hidden. You can use any Ribbon editor available for CRM 2013 and make it visible... (haven't checked this part. Please check and let us know)
