Hi

I have a Zoho spreadsheet (Macros possible) online which I am trying to implement the following functionality:

I have a list of items in column A and I want to assign them a colour code in column C.

So, I want the user to be able to click the corresponding row in Column C and be presented with a drop down of three colours (RED, GREEN or GREY).

How do I do this?

Thanks

I added Validation in Col C to give you 3 choices Red, Green, Grey

and Added Conditional formatting in Col C so that if

Red is choosen then it color the cell in Red etc.. for the rest.

check it out
