Anything outside of this document to worry about when upgrading the server?

One thing this document does not seem to mention is the license trade up. If you are truly on 10 and not 10.1, the licensing is different and you need to trade up your licenses. You may want to review this: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/viewdocument.do;jsessionid=D7FA6943A37C2517C09E298870DB3E02?externalId=KB34359&sliceId=2&cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&noCount=true&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl

This has bit a number of people who were upgrading. They did not find out until they had already ran the 10.1 installer.

That would be the only concern about it. Other than that, you should be fine.
