Is it @gmail.com address? Try Gmail.com in your browser

I figured it out.  in the gmail.com (I always use this as my browser to get my online gmail reading. etc).  there is a setup > configuration,  with the gmail + (what ever they forced you to change to), there is a country code list.  I changed to match with where I am now.  and save the change.  I then go to on-line gmail account, reply an email. and sent it.  logged it out, and then all the sudden, my outlooks start to works.

thanks anyway.

I figure it out myself.  so I am going to give myself the credit, but only rated as B.
I will see if I can repeat my solution when I go to the next country next month.  if still works, then I will be happy.

thanks
