I currently have a Lync 2010 environment that I took over managing.<br />

It has a single Lync 2010 Director Server and a single Lync 2010 Mediation Server.<br />
It has a Pool for 3 Front End Servers.<br />
<br />
I need to know the steps or MS supporting documentation to do the following:<br />
<br />
1). Add a Second Lync 2010 Director Server and create a Director Pool<br />
<br />
2) Add a second Lync 2010 Mediation Server and create a Mediation Pool<br />
<br />
The Voice traffic is handled by Cisco Call Manager environment.<br />
