When sending an e-mail in Outlook , is there a way to just start typing someone's first or last name and having the contact / contacts show up from the global directory?

-without having to first send an e-mail so that it populates in the .nk2 file.

if I uncheck : Cache Exchange Mode - - and open Outlook , bottom right still shows : Connected to Microsoft Exchange.

It should say : Online With Microsoft Exchange
try recreating the profile

normally we should use cache mode as it caches the data to local HDD and allows faster searching.

Is it being an issue?
