Error Message 0x00000 490 when adding a printer in Windows 7

Hello,

When I try to add a new printer, I receive this error message: 0X00000490.
I receive the same message when I try to install a printer which is already present int he printer proposed by Windows.
I work on a Windows 7 32bits.
Thanks a lot by advance for your help.
