Few recipients here and there have said they never got a few messages from our domain. When the NDR was examined it looked like side was rejecting due to errors 5.0.0/5.1.0/5.7.1 re: SPF.

Our mail filtering service adds a bounce tag verification for security and safety so I am guessing that's what stopping the message, but how do we get this to deliver?

In your SPF record, make sure that the IP address of the relaying server (the mail filtering service) is included as an authorized sender for your domain.
