how to make bootable usb on mac (mountain Lion) for windows 7

I am wanting to put Orhcrack on a USB

Any ideas?

Have you tried unetbootin?

http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

If you just need a windows 7 boot CD, Bootcamp assistant, in /Application/Utilities/ will also do that for you.
