Sync Issue with Outlook and Webmail Accounts

Hey All,

I have a customer who is having issues syncing her Outlook and Webmail together on the Outlook Client. Working in Web Hosting for a few years now, I know that email issues may be similar in some aspects but are rarely the same. That being said any help is appreciated. Here is the issue / error she receives:

Keep in mind, this is just one of many accounts this customer has (email accounts). She's running her site on one of our Windows 2012 servers / Hyper-V shared.

Did the user try creating a new Profile ?
Since when did the sync errors start and what item was placed in the drafts at that time ?
There is some corrupted or an item that due to some reason isnt syncing with the server causing this error ... does this show up multiple times a day or is this one of the instances ?

Thank you very much, and my apologies for the delayed response. It turned out to be an issue with the dreaded mailchannels
